The creative development programme is for young people who want to become leading figures in the wider areas of the music industry.

These areas cover a whole range of skills, including but not limited to:

• Music management
• Journalism
• Photography
• Design
• Styling
• Videography

Who is it for?

This programme is for talented and emerging creatives between the ages of 18-30. You should be in the position where you’re looking to advance your creative skills to a professional level, and a desire to move into a career in the creative industry. For example, you could be a photographer just starting out in your career but have a desire to move into the music industry. You may have a solid skills base and some experience but are now unsure how to apply your skills to break into the music industry.
