Interim Chair of the Board, is a consultant partner at Wiggin LLP, specialising in media, technology law, & music rights. He lectures on new media, moderates industry conferences, and writes for leading law publications.

A lifelong Gloucester resident, was a founding employee and Head of PR at Ruroc before launching his influencer marketing agency. With strong digital marketing expertise and work alongside stars like Tom Hardy and Usain Bolt, he brings creative industry insight to his role as a Trustee at The Music Works.

Stuart brings 45+ years of Defence Sector experience in strategic planning, crisis management, business continuity, risk, and transformation. A part-time RAF Reservist in the UK Active Reserve, he also chairs the steering committee for a local Air Cadet Squadron; he has also run his own consultancy.

Camella Cephas is the Managing Director of WSP Solicitors and an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. A solicitor since 2011, she has worked in private practice and local government in London before returning to her hometown of Gloucester in 2015.

Gemma Cropper a Senior Events Manager and BPI, bringing experience from leading UK music‑industry partnerships at Google and directing campaigns at Skating Panda. She has worked across PR, artist management, and major events, including BRITs campaigns. 

Born in Gloucester, Gail has enjoyed a long and varied career in Education and Social Care. She has worked in Gloucestershire, Avon & the South London Boroughs of Wandsworth & Lambeth, across all phases, from Preschool to Adult. She was awarded an OBE for Services to Education in Gloucestershire in 2001.

A CIMA‑qualified Management Accountant, he leads on international budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as Global Head of Finance at Round Group. He previously consulted for Warner and held finance roles at Sony Music UK and Black Butter Records.
