We work regularly with 4,500 young people aged 8-30 and a further 3,500 through events.
We cater for everyone, from first access through to talent and career development. We deliver one-to-one music mentoring, small group work, accredited training, apprenticeships and internships, festivals and events, artist and career development and business incubation.
Programmes and activities take place in our state-of-the-art studio spaces, schools and through outreach with our community partners.
Programmes can be accessed via self-referral, including just turning up or agency referral.
In 2019, we won the Association of Youth Offending’s Award for best delivery programme in the UK and became a PRS Talent Development Partner. In 2021, we were honoured to receive a Queen’s Award for enterprise for social mobility and our Creative Director, Malaki Patterson, has been nominated for Inspirational Music Leader Award at the 2021 Youth Music Awards.
We have high-spec, one-of-a-kind studios with facilities that support young music makers to achieve incredible things.
We’ve become established as a key anchor organisation for young people in challenging circumstances, championing inclusive music and promoting a ground-breaking approach to diversity and skills development.
