To celebrate The Music Works turning 20 in 2024, here are 20 ideas and inspirations to get you started on your fundraising journey.

  • Sponsored run or walk: challenge yourself to a sponsored run or walk, pushing your limits for a great cause.
  • Coffee morning/bake sale: whip up some delicious treats and host a coffee morning or bake sale in your office or community.
  • Karaoke night: showcase your singing skills at a karaoke night with friends, family, and colleagues.
  • Hiking challenge: take on a hiking challenge to explore the great outdoors and test your endurance.
  • Gaming tournament: organise a friendly gaming tournament and challenge your friends to some competitive fun.
  • Non-school uniform day/funky sock day: swap your uniform for funky socks or casual wear in exchange for a small donation.
  • Open mic night: host an open mic night filled with comedy or music for your guests to enjoy.
  • Sports tournament: organise a football or netball tournament and charge an entry fee for participants.
