The Music Works has been shortlisted for 2026 Charity of the Year at the SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards.
In the sixth edition of the premier awards, we have been shortlisted for the culmination of our hard work in our communities.
For over two decades, we have been using music as the medium to transform the lives of young people in Gloucestershire.
We have been recognised for putting the needs of young people at the heart of what we do. We invest in the highest-quality provisions for our young people through our spaces, our Music Leaders, and the care we take to ensure every young person we work for feels genuinely valued.
Alongside this, we have also innovated through our wide range of programmes, from our wide-reaching open-access sessions to our community outreach through our music bus. We cover all bases and more.
This mixture of high-quality provision, unique initiatives and passionate people have put us amongst some of the best charities in the county.
Finalists will be revealed on the SoGlos website on Monday 12 October 2026, and winners will be announced on Thursday 5 November 2026 at the award ceremony.
