Designed to introduce you to a world of collaborative music-making, The Music Works and The Multi-Story Orchestra invite you to a unique and exciting workshop, led by Yusuf Narcin.
Our ½ day workshop will focus on group creative music-making – how to improvise, create and make music as a group together. It will develop your leadership and confidence as a musician and will be a chance to learn new skills, meet new people, and get involved with the unique and dynamic Multi-Story Orchestra.
Whether you’re an experienced music leader or a beginner, this session will focus on the art of improvisation, group songwriting, exploring ways to create and make music as a cohesive group. Our Multi-Story musicians will guide you through exercises that not only enhance your musical skills but also develop your leadership and confidence as a musician.
We welcome individuals of all musical backgrounds! You don’t need prior experience in leading music-making sessions – what matters most is your passion and eagerness to learn. We are looking for singers, drummers, instrumental players, orchestral players – anyone who is passionate about making music! The workshop has limited spaces to ensure an intimate and enriching experience for all participants.
Complete the form to confirm your attendance to Multi-Story Orchestra Workshop on Wednesday 7th January at 1:30pm – 4pm, The Music Works – Gloucester Hub.
