Mix and Mash Newcomers

Mix and Mash is our Short Breaks offer and provides families with respite care while those they care for get to spend time at The Music Works singing, song writing, performing on stage and being stars!

Our Newcomers sessions are the perfect introduction to our spaces, our people and our activities, with a chance to meet young people who’ve been on Mix & Mash before, discuss any individual needs they have and work together to unlock the joy of making music together.

 

What does it involve?

We use specialist equipment and highly trained staff so that all young people can take part, no matter their musical ability or challenges.

Mix & Mash Newcomers is £15 a day, 10am – 2pm, with bursaries available for low income families.

Who is it for?

The programme is open to young people aged 10 – 25 (10-18 for those without additional needs) with limited spaces.
