About the role

We’re seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to join our team in a coordinator role, supporting the delivery of our digital, print and communications activity to reach and engage audiences. 

The Marketing Officer will play an important role in the successful functioning of the Marketing Team. Core responsibilities will include delivering content across our website, email marketing and social media channels; supporting the production and distribution of print materials; monitoring and reporting on audience data to optimise campaigns.

Brief

This is a new role, that we expect to grow and develop over time. Its main purpose is to support the Marketing Team in the coordination and delivery of our digital, print, and communications activity, ensuring our marketing runs smoothly and effectively. This role would suit someone at the start of their marketing career who is eager to learn, ready to get hands-on, and motivated by work that makes a real difference to young people’s lives.

Marketing Officer

Part-time22.5 hours (3 days per week)

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract from the appointment date, with the possibility of extension

Pay: £14,870 (Full time equivalent £24,785 per annum)  

Location: The Music Works – Gloucester Hub / Hybrid

Deadline: Wednesday 3rd June 2026, at midnight

The role will be based at our Gloucester studio but some travel to other venues across the county will also occasionally be expected. We’re flexible about some homeworking where it doesn’t affect the job.
