The Director of Education and Youth Voice is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and connecting three key strategic areas across The Music Works and the Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire (GSW) Music Hub partnership. Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the role will influence inclusive music education and youth voice practice at local, regional and national levels.

Part time, 30h worked over 4 days per week, flexible working considered for
the right candidate
Contract: Temporary, 6 months fixed-term (Maternity cover)
Pay: £41,000 – £50,000 (pro-rata)
Location: The Music Works – Gloucester Hub & Forest Hub / Wiltshire, Swindon
or surrounding areas (hybrid working available)
