Full-time, 37.5 hours, job share/flexible working considered

£40,000 – £45,000 (plus pension)

Brief overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide maternity cover for our Director of Youth and Community Engagement; this temporary position offers you an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in The Music Works vision to transform the lives of young people in challenging circumstances, to help them reach their full potential in music, in learning, and in life. In this role, you will lead and manage our youth, disability and community programmes and workforce, ensuring their continued success and impact during our current director’s maternity leave.
