Charlie Baxter is a passionate music leader with over a decade of experience, dedicated to making music accessible for disabled, neurodiverse individuals, and those facing mental health challenges. He delivers inclusive, tech-driven programmes, delivers hundreds of sessions annually, and inspires confidence through creativity and care. Despite personal health challenges, Charlie consistently goes above and beyond to empower youth through music across Gloucestershire.
