Our Creative Community is always looking for mentors, people working in and around the music and creative industries who can offer guidance, insight, and support to the next generation of talent coming up in Gloucestershire.

This isn’t limited to creative or technical skills. Whether it’s production, editing, photography, or performing, or you bring experience from business, design, entrepreneurship, or career development, if you’ve got skills, knowledge, or experience to share, we’d love to hear from you. When a young person in our community wants to learn or grow in a particular area, whether that’s a specific skill, building confidence, or figuring out their next step, we’ll match them with a mentor who can help.
